DELIVERY
In stock items that are placed Monday through Friday will be dispatched in 1-5 business days. We aim to ship as swiftly as possible. For items that are not in stock, they will be dispatched in 5-7 business days. We will try hard to ship within the noted time frames, possible sooner, but sometimes deliveries can be delayed beyond our control.
Shipping charges will be calculated in your shopping cart.

RETURNS
Occasionally damages can occur on route. If your products are damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. You will need to supply photos of the damages and we will issue you a return authorization code to return the merchandise. Once approved we will promptly send a replacement. Please email support@newfoundalchemist.com
If you did not love your Newfound Alchemist purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will gladly offer you a credit for a future purchase. The returned items must be in new and unopened condition. Once we receive your return, it will be processed and we will apply the credit to your account. Please note that you will be responsible for all applicable return shipping fees. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
